Social Distancing @ AWIP…

Social Distancing has caused us to *PAUSE* all company activities until further notice (we are hoping to resume with smaller events in May but that all depends on the advice of the government). Till then, please consider donating to our “Hugs+High Fives” fund (coming soon) and follow us on socials to stay in touch… with distance.

Here’s all that’s upcoming (being rescheduled as soon as we are able to do them!)

Hopefully being presented in May!

ANNOUNCING A NEW WORKSHOP as a follow up to our February Film Workshop… (being rescheduled)

In this workshop, students will have fun being walked through a real time editing process. Students will learn the fundamentals of a non linear editing system, which is the professional standard and the next step up from iMovie or similar softwares.

Students will also learn how to tell a story and make a cohesive piece through editing, and additionally we will also go over ways to color and enhance footage to make it look the best it can be! Led by Media Dept Coach Cole Paul

Our 7th Annual Junior Production

Being rescheduled for May…

Our Junior Productions feature our Musical Theatre Dance classes for ages 4-12, the High Notes Childrens Choirs (Junior and Senior), and two different casts of 25 (Act One and Act Two), bringing the tales of Hans Christian Anderon to life… with a twist! This year, our production was written entirely by senior Hannah Macomber, who wondered what it would be like if Hans was a child… today? Our production celebrates imagination and creativity as these tales spring to life from the pages of his journal. Our young students have worked hard over 12 weeks and they are eager to take the stage in this clever production.

  • WHEN: Hopefully in May
  • WHERE: The Tolman Stage – 150 Exchange Street, Pawtucket
  • COST: $8 online; $10 at the door
